• Assisted with medication administration, wound care, and dressing changes using aseptic non-touch technique (ANTT) and infection control principles under RN supervision.

• Collaborated effectively with Registered Nurses and the multidisciplinary team to maintain accurate documentation, clear communication, and continuity of care across acute clinical settings.
