Role Description

Training Program Development: Create and maintain training programs that cover a wide range of aviation-related subjects, including safety procedures, regulatory compliance, technical skills, and customer service. 

Curriculum Design: Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and hands-on exercises, to effectively convey essential information to trainees. 

Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job training for aviation personnel. Ensure that training is engaging, informative, and tailored to meet the specific needs of different roles within the aviation industry. Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, safety guidelines, and best practices. Ensure that all training content and procedures align with these standards. Assessment and Evaluation: Implement assessment methods to gauge the effectiveness of training programs. Continuously evaluate trainees' performance and make necessary adjustments to training methods and content. 

Feedback and Improvement: Collect feedback from trainees and supervisors to make improvements to training programs. Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement.
