  • Was second in charge on a line of 10, had to keep everyone working and in good spirits while setting up all colors lots and sizes for tires. Had to make sure my operator was completely set up while he finished all changeovers in a timely manner.
  • Drove a forklift to get 3,000lb pallets of rubber from up to 40 ft in the air on racks 3 high, and getting metal books filled with scrap to throw into a seperate mill.
