• Coordinate with the Drilling Engineers, Material & Logistics Coordinator & Drilling supervisors the timely arrival of drilling equipment and services on well site.
• Accountable for the implementation of well program and supervising / monitoring the entire well operations.
• Plan & prepare hydraulics, torque, drag, swab & surge analysis using “Well Plan” software.
• Ensured contractor follows PMS to maximize efficiency and minimize down time.
• Ensuring all drilling procedures within Companies HSE Policies.

• Worked as senior Directional Driller in India and also supporting RTOC and Installation & execution of AI automated software LOGIX for drilling wells remotely.
• Proficient in planning and executing various drilling profiles, including 'J,' 'S,' ERD, horizontal and Short Radius wells on onshore and offshore rigs using mud motors and rotary steerable assemblies.
• Jet 36” Conductor Casing for deep water projects using DAT tools and drill ahead 26” hole.
• Drill & monitor tight tolerance AC well.
• Expertise in Side tracking from Open Hole through cement plugs and cased hole through Whipstock assemblies.
• Run Hydraulics, Torque & Drag, Max BHA and Well plans using INSITE and Landmark’s Compass & Drilling Xpert software.
• Geosteered wells with iCruise and iCruise X tools for Cairn Energy Project.
• Used EDL to kick off and land in horizontal hard formations and drill lateral with 5200 GP.
• Drilled medium radius and long radius wells for ONGC Ltd. in Mumbai offshore after Kicking off with 26” Bit in wells having anti-collision issues.
• Experience of Spudding well with DAT, Kick off with motor on drill ships and semi sub Rigs. (Offshore East Coast India – ONGC Ltd.)
• Preparing and maintaining DD as well as M/LWD tools onsite.

• Lead and utilized advanced LWD tools and technologies to gather real-time data for accurate decision-making, improving drilling efficiency and minimizing risks on onshore as well as offshore rigs including floaters.
• Experience drilling in HPHT, ultra-deep water and ERD wells environment.
• Experience with preparing, operating and onsite maintaining Formation Pressure Tester tools (Geotap, Geotap IDS), BAT Sonic Tool, Nukes tools (Density-ALD & CTN - Porosity), Resistivity tools (EWR, ADR, AFR), MWD tools (DGR, PWD, DGWD), RSS tools (Geopilot) and short radius MWD tools.
• Preparing End of Well Reports and delivering them to client.

• Conduct routine maintenance, such as greasing and cleaning equipment.
• Ensure all tools and equipment work properly.
• Assist in the assembly and disassembly of drilling rig components & 3rd Party Equipment.

Ø Drilling Operations:

• Operate the drilling rig, including handling drilling tools, tripping pipe, and monitoring drilling parameters.
• Assist mud engineers in controlling drilling fluid circulation etc.

Rig : Perro Negro 3 (PN3), Client : GSPC (HPHT Wells – KG Basin-India)

• Worked as QHSC officer and drilling engineer for Cairn Energy, Rajasthan project.
• Duties included liaising between rig and office for drilling and safety equipment’s, their mobilization to and from the rig, educating drilling crew about safety and drilling equipment’s.
• Responsible for forming & implementing company’s Safety and Operation policies on rig site.
• Liaise with onsite Drilling Supervisor and coordinate with DRIPL Tool Pusher for implementation of Operators drilling procedures.
• Preparing technical tenders, collate all the documents required for tendering.
• Assisted Manager for maintenance and operations of ONGC offshore vessel Samudra Nidhi.
