● Working as the primary Point of Contact to oversee data quality issues and Incidents reported by APAC and EMEA region
customers.
● Ensuring Incident Management and Resolution within agreed SLA.
● Performing daily application health checks and addressing user queries related to Daily jobs/ schedules.
● Coordinating with Dev and DB admins for escalated issues.
Provide support during user acceptance training to development Team.
● Providing end user communication in case of service delays/disruption with regular updates and ETA.
● Overseeing the process to ensure up to date and quality technical and end user documentation for specific IT services is maintained.
● Participating in application related DR tests and QMW activity as part of checking robustness and upscaling/upgrading applications as per organization norms.
● Participate in Release management activities and ensure all application checkouts are signed off by DEV counterparts.
