• Responsibilities:

1. Revised, modularized and updated old code bases to modern development standards, reducing operating costs, and improving functionality. Designed reusable and reliable code for use within distributed cloud environments.

2. Collaborated on stages of product development lifecycle from requirement gathering to production releases.

3. Tested troubleshooting methods and documented resolutions for inclusion in knowledge base for support team use.

4. Created proofs of concept for innovative new solutions.

5. Mentored a team of 3 developers.

• Worked on following modules:-

1. Registration: This module empowers users to create tailored, custom registration forms, allowing attendees to seamlessly register for specific events.

2. Email: Email functionality is a valuable feature for event planners, enabling them to efficiently communicate with attendees and personalize email content based on attendee registration data.

• Achievements:

1. Migrated email architecture to the highly scalable AWS Serverless architecture using agile methodology.

2.Successfully optimized the performance of email delivery in case of large number of emails which increased the performance by 70-80%.

Collaboration:

Collaborated with the product owner, UX designers, and developers from other teams to have brainstorming sessions on new enhancements and to analyze the impact on current functionalities and impediments to implementing new functionalities. Verified product success through collaborating with stakeholders and product owners and estimating accurate project deliverability timeframes.

Module Name: Venue Sourcing
Module Overview: In Stova event management product "Venue Sourcing" plays the role of the platform for event planners to efficiently book and manage venues for a wide range of events and meetings.
Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing the Venue Sourcing module to ensure seamless venue selection, booking, and management experiences for event planners.
