• End-to-End device TA (GCF/PTCRB) certification in both lab and field environments, as well as modem platform bring-up for certification and local field validation.
• Analyzing failure logs obtained from the field and the lab, and preparing initial triaging with detailed analysis reports (24-hour KPI model).
• Analyzed various issues related to IMS, high-speed handover scenarios, KPIs involving data throughput, dual SIM operations, and the co-existence of Wi-Fi and 5G.
• Assisted in the completion of GCF/PTCRB certification for flagship devices.
• Worked on complete MBN bring-up, porting of legacy patches to newer Qualcomm flagship chipsets (SM8650, SM8550, and SM8450) based platforms, and addition of patches to mainline code based on client requirements.
• Analysis of both UE logs and TE side logs (Anritsu, R&S, Keysight, Comprion simulators), which involves distinguishing between UE and network-related issues.
• Preparing PICS parameters to define the test scope for certification devices in a third-party lab.
• Preparing and shipping devices for GCF field and lab testing environments in the EU, SEA, APAC, and ROW regions.
• Maintaining multiple device certification cycles for various U.S., Japan, and EU network operators based on hardware and software variants.
• As part of TA Conformance, I assisted the remote lab in issue debugging during the field and lab testing of modem devices.

SONY Mobile Communications

• I worked as part of the Validation and Verification Team, and I was also involved in the analysis and triaging of modem issues that arose during and after the bring-up phase.
• Tested positioning KPIs using a device (app-based development team) for the GPS/GNSS validation team.
• I was involved in collecting and understanding logs of connectivity-based technologies (Bluetooth/Wi-Fi).
• Involved in the verification and validation of modem devices in 4G and 5G NSA/SA scenarios, such as HO, throughput, MAC issues, and edge failure scenarios, including no data, no signal, and voice drop issues.
• Handled XCAP/IMS-related issues predominantly that arose during the Type Approval Certification testing and helped in debugging the same.

INTEL Internal Project

• Assisted in the development of a tool to help increase efficiency and improve the quick analysis of modem logs obtained from the STT tool (Intel Modem).
• Prepared a Python-based tool to clean and organize modem-side logs by analyzing key indicators.
