 Direct Material Procurement

a. Procurement of Raw Material – Homopolymers and Co-polymers from IOCL, RIL Refineries and Co-polymers for BOPET and BOPPL Flim Productions from various Domestic and International Supplier, Packaging material HDPE, LDPE Films Corrugated Boxes, Plywood and Pallets for Domestic and Export order Supply.

 O & M Procurement – (Capex / Opex)

a. Procurement of Mechanical Equipment, Spares and Drawing Based Machinery items for involve requirement of internal user deptt, vendor identification, RFP and RFQ Solicitation of offers, Comparative Bid Analysis, Price negotiation, E-Auction and order finalization, SAP Order Placement.

b. Expediting – Establish contact with vendor through continues follow-up, resolve any po acceptance problem, vetting through legal Deptt & monitor / report PO Progress, Co-ordinate inspection, Authorize stage, final payment.

c. Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.

d. Annual O&M Procurement INR 60 Crs Approx. – Mechanical for PAN India Location.

Contract Management:

a. Tendering Project, Co-ordination with Supplier for Technical and Commercial submission of BID.

b. Contract Negotiation for all values Civil and MEP Contract – Global Contract and Domestic Contract.

c. Commercial discussion on SSC and GTC in co-ordination with project technical and legal Team, arranging negotiation meetings for High value contracts with higher management, contract legal formalities and compliances.

d. Handled High value Contract of Civil and Mechanical for Civil and Mechanical Packages like Crusher, Wagon Trippler, Construction Hostel, and WBM Road inside and outside plant location, Procurement of Project Steel Etc.

e. Handled Project – RCCPL P Limited – Mukutban – 8000 TPD – IU at Yavatmal District.

f. Expansion Project – NCCW – Chanderia Cement Works- Rajasthan.

 Services:

• Services procurement Contractor and Sub Contractor of Mechanical like Installation of Machine, Refurbishment of Equipment, and Man Power Contracts for various machines over hauling and fabrication contractors with short and Long Terms Contracts.
• Contract/order preparation as per approved CBA & recommendation note then issuing of LOI/PO/WO/SO and acceptance of the same as per SOP.
• Coordination with user dep’t legal and finance dep’t for vetting of tender documents.
