Performance-driven and motivated Human Resources professional with over 5 years of experience in HR operations/Generalist role. Proven experience in employee life cycle management from Onboarding to Offboarding with expertise in Payroll, Benefits, Employee engagement and Employee Relations.
· Responsible for Onboarding and Induction of new joiners.
· Liaise with US leaders to plan, streamline and launch performance appraisal for Indian employees in Lattice.
· Liaise with HRBP to plan and execute R&R activities for different Business units.

· Managing statutory compliances for both existing employees and ex- employees like Provident Fund, Professional Tax, Gratuity management etc. Datapoints for return filings are to be maintained on a monthly/ ongoing basis.
· Employee Benefits Administration: Medical Insurance - claims processing, support on employee queries, endorsements etc.
· Conduct Exit Interviews and Attrition analysis.
· Work closely with the stakeholders and leaders to understand the priorities and needs of the business whilst implementing various HR projects which contributes to the overall effectives of the HR function.
· Provide guidance and support to line managers on people is related issues like performance and behaviour related etc, in consultation with the Sr. HRBP.
· Build regular connect with people managers and employees to understand the pulse of the floor, build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention.
· Nurture and promote a culture of recognition through various HR lead initiatives and reward programs.
· Assist with the implementation of corporate initiatives and ensure support with overall business goal.
· Vendor management – coordinating and liaising with vendors and managing invoices and contracts.
· Handle end-end Onboarding, Offboarding, Induction and Orientation of Employees.
· Respond to questions/requests from HR partners, employees and other stakeholders.
· Partner closely with the HRBP's to support and ex ecute people transactions in a timely and accurate fashion.
· Handling day to day HR Operations.
· Process Payroll and Full and final settlements.
· Maintain high standards of accuracy and timeliness in data quality.
· Coordinate and manage Internal and External Stakeholders.
· Draft employee agreements and manage employee files and records.
· Provide HR related operational support to Employees, HRBP and Directors.
· Make Business process Changes in Workday tool.
· Assist seniors to train Managers during the performance appraisal process.
· Generate quarterly reports on Compliance and other important reports for HR.
· Handling the Background verification of New joiners through Vendor.
· Conduct employee training, development initiatives and Employee engagement activities.

· Coordinate with client and Schedule induction, Orientation and Training programmes for new employees.
· Maintain Employee records such as Employee Bank accounts, Family details, Insurance details, etc.
· Organize Employee engagement programmes and Grievance redressal Meetups to ensure client and Employee satisfaction.
· Issuing Offer letters, Experience Letters, Employment Certificate, Salary Certificate, etc.
· Performing payroll and benefits audits and recommending any correction actions.
