Overview of CFD process.
Working for Mutual fund Client Finance Dept. (CFD) Cash Management team in Transfer Agency process which involves providing business Account Payable (Payment) and Account Receivable.
Handling the accounts for different funds for SJP client using Bluedoor System to create Receipt and for payment, using the information from UK Bankline Barclays Bank.
Also handles Manual payment, Receipt Action, Overpayment tasks and helps the client to resolve their query and disputes. Use the Excel Macros, to store the large transaction which we receive on daily basis.
Investigate the funds coordinating with dealing team to place deal for the client and Client money protection for funds for which deal has not been placed & funds which are not immediately due and payable to client. At the end of the day, we reconcile all the Receipt which has been passed and make sure every receipt has been created which helps to avoid the breach or error in process.
Roles and Responsibility:
Monitoring and protecting client’s money account to avoid any financial breaches, protecting and investigating unidentified funds.

Overview of Dealing process.
We as a dealing team act as dealer in the UK Financial Market and responsible for processing and placing deals of the UK funds for respective Management companies as per Client's instruction such as Sale, Repurchase, Stock Transfer, Conversion and Switch of funds.
We are responsible to place deals before Valuation Point and after that the respective deal get book and priced in the market for that date. If there is any discrepancy regarding Client instruction then we refer the case to UK counterpart and as per refer reply we process or reject the work.
