The purpose of this project is to implement a integration solution for completing a billing flow between different source systems to Kenan.

• Led the development of integration solutions using webMethods components such as IS, Broker, MWS, and Trading Networks.
• Developed High-level design, detailed design for the implementation of the integrations.
• Played major role in the development, unit testing, integration testing and roll out of the project.
• Worked with TDAs in Design phase and get approvals for design and worked with team on development and testing.
• Involved in Complete end to end integration test for each interface.
• Prepared the documentations on the functionalities of each interface that I have developed.
• Worked on B2B projects as well along with TN profile creation certificate installations and remedy calls and all for create/update incidents flows.
• Worked on major billing projects like SSBS Decomm, Unity, Amdocs Ordering, Amdocs CRM, VEBP, VGECO.
• Successfully delivered SSBS decomm – SSBS to Kenan migration projects.
• Worked on billing framework which involves Billingccount, Site account and service and charge provision flows for different clients.
• Lead major projects single handled like Great plains, SSBS Decomm, Vodacom and got client appreciations as well.
• Worked on BPM designs for 2 projects: VGECO, Digicom
• Have to get involved in Design phase and get HLD, LLD approvals for designed projects
• Development using flow services and Adapter Services and Executing unit tests for same.
• Working on implementing SOAP and REST services, JDBC Adapter and BPM.
• Working with environment team for deployment and SIT/UAT support.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Developed and maintained billing interfaces for seamless data exchange with Kenan and other enterprise applications.
• Implemented error handling frameworks and optimized system performance through effective troubleshooting.
• Utilized tools like Splunk for monitoring, issue tracking, and resolution.
• Contributed to the deployment and maintenance of integration solutions in production environments.
• Facilitated training sessions to upskill junior developers.

Project : Walk In Client Implementation – Checkfree Pay(Product)

Description: CheckFreePay from Fiserv meets consumer needs for convenient cash payment solutions by enabling billers and merchants to offer in-person payment options at over 30,000 locations in US. Cash remains a go-to bill payment method for many consumers. Meanwhile, billers are faced with the need to balance consumer demand with the cost and time associated with offering walk-in payments.

Platform: Webmethods Developer 8.0, Webmethods Designer 10.5

Responsibilities:

• Development using flow services, JAVA Services and Adapter Services and Executing unit tests for same.
• Working on implementing SOAP and REST services, JDBC Adapter and Flat files.
• Working with Admin team for deployment.
• Worked on Webmethods migration project (webmethods 8.0 to webmethods 10.5).
• Follow the KANBAN Board for software development.
• End-to-End closure for requirement.
• Monitored all stages of software development life cycle ensuring quality control at every step,
• Managed troubleshooting efforts, reducing system downtime significantly.
• Streamlined coding process to improve efficiency.

Project : Biller Solutions – Walkin Webmethod Upgrade

Description: WalkIn is feature rich Fiserv product that enables billers to offer secure and convenient payment options to customers through AG, Web, Infoportal assisted payments. I Worked on webmethod upgrade from webmethods 8.0 to 10.5.We migrated all our WalkIn clients source code to upgraded version 10.5 with unit testing, deployment through deployer.
