• Customer Assistance via Chat:Respond to customer inquiries through live chat about internet billing issues.
  Provide clear, accurate, and prompt information about billing cycles, charges, and payment due dates.
  
• Billing Inquiry Resolution:Help customers understand their charges, payment history, and billing details.
  Address concerns about discrepancies in bills, overcharges, or incorrect charges.
  
• Payment Support:Guide customers through the process of making payments, setting up auto-pay, or managing payment methods.
  Help with troubleshooting payment failures, processing issues, or confirming successful payments.
  
• Account Information Management:Assist customers in updating their account details (e.g., address, payment methods).
  Provide details on available billing plans or promotions and help customers change their billing plans if needed.
  
• Escalation Handling:If needed, escalate complex billing issues to higher-level support or technical teams.
  Ensure all customer complaints are resolved to their satisfaction and follow up where required.
  
• Service and Account Updates:Notify customers of upcoming billing changes, rate adjustments, or system updates.
  Assist in the setup of new billing accounts or the transfer of existing billing services.
  

• Conducting initial safety induction to all employees before deployment on job and to conduct/organize safety awareness programs.

To take necessary action for the correction of any unsafe act or condition at the workplace.

• Conducting basic first aid and fire fighting training for all people.

Ensure that safety posters and signboards are posted at appropriate locations.

• Preparing HSE report monthly

• To verify on daily basis the correct use of PPE by all the personnel.

• To ensure that Fire Fighting and Safety equipment is regularly inspected and service.

Evaluate the need for safety equipment for employees, first aid, fire protection and firefighting, hygiene, and sanitation, etc.
