Responsibilities
- Prime responsibility of this role is to complete Test Execution for a defined module or a product, develop test cases and identifying report bugs
- Project Estimation in Effort estimation, Test Planning, Test design and Test Execution.
- Developing test cases (Manual/ automated) as per defined guidelines and escalate the blocking issues appropriately to the test manager.
- Coordinate with developers and database teams for improvements required in QA process as well as applications and scaling up database.
- Leading the Daily Progress Call representing Offshore to resolve any impediments and closing up logs at the earliest.
- Leading a team of 4 resources, overseeing hiring, training, and professional growth of employees.
