  • Transfer to Refund: Where I used to refund the money in the existing account of the client, made cheques send them for approval to our advisor and they used to send that to the client’s address
  • Cancellation with refund: There I started dealing with client’s money.
  • PND (Plan not Deliver) where I was sending the mail to the advisor after receiving the reply I was refunding the suspense money to the credit card or via cheques or SPO
