Hold functional prudence in business strategy development & implementation, executing business plans, aligning business activities to the vision & strategy of the organization. I have been pivotal in training in BFS, sales and marketing to keep the skill level of the workforce up to date, content development, assessing performances and updating on process related information. Competent in working within the large teams while managing, leading, and training them to ensure effective target achievement.
