Preparing Techno-Commercial Proposals for
various Electrical projects which contains various LV Switchgear i.e. Switchboard (PCC) Integrated Facility Switchboards (IFS) Panel boards, Load centers
Transformer, MINI POWER ZONE Enclosed control, SPD, etc.
Brief Activities undertaken are as follows:
1. Review customer specifications (Electrical
LV gears)
2. Detailed Riser diagram and control wiring
3. Analyze the scope of work and special
instructions if any.
4. Configuration of electrical gears in Bid
Manager Tool and SE Advantage
5. Preparation of techno-commercial
proposals.
6. Estimating and costing of Electrical gears
7. Preparation of Bill of Material for order
placement.
8. Interact with client for Techno-Commercial aspects
9. Preparation of weekly and monthly work progress report.

Preparing Overall Costing of LT Panels i.e. MCC Panel, PCC Panel, APFC Panel, VFD Panel & DBs.
1) Estimate the cost of the overall project and prepare BOM and Deviation based on the BOQ or SLD details provided by the client in accordance with technical specifications.
2)Discussion with client for knowing their requirement and developing systems suits for their exact requirement.
3) Provide solutions or alternatives as per requirements in case of differences between available switchgears and
SLD/BOQ/Technical requirements of client.

4) Internal discussion with Client if any Clarifications or Alternatives solutions if required in panels

Brief job descriptions are as follows:
1.Understanding project work scope, needs and deliverable, Estimating budget quantities, costs, duration and resources.
2.Estimate the cost of the project and prepare BOM and GA Drawing based on the BOQ or SLD details provided by the clients in accordance with technical specifications.
3.Design control panels with respect to the specification & BOQ and selecting proper switch gear
4.Discussion with clients for knowing their requirements and developing systems suits for their exact requirements.
5.Provide effective solutions to client by detailed study of specifications Project Planning and Material Management.
6.Calculation of Bus bar sizing.
