Process Compliance - Ensure that all processes adhere to the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and maintain compliance with industry standards.

Inspection & Reporting :- Maintain and update the following reports : In-process inspection report , Rejection report , Process validation record .

Training & Development :- Conduct training sessions for the functional team to enhance their knowledge of quality standards and procedures.

Line Audits :- Perform line audits as per defined parameters to identify and correct any deviations in the production process.

Raw Material Inspection :- Maintain and oversee raw material inspection reports to ensure the use of high-quality materials in production.

Daily Floor Meetings :- Lead daily floor meetings to discuss bottlenecks and devise strategies for achieving zero defects in production.

Awareness Programs :- Organize awareness programs for all concerned personnel to reinforce quality improvement and process optimization initiatives.
