• Long Term Debt raising and Refinance - Manage long term debt and funding channels of the company with activities including planning of strategic/long- term funding requirements, currently a portfolio of ~ Rs.7500 Cr. (~ USD 1 Billion) as a mix of Listed Non-convertible Debentures and Bank Term loans
• Management of Short Term / Working Capital Funding Requirement - Evaluate and recommend best and most economical modes of Working Capital financing – WCDL, Commercial Paper, Buyer’ s Credit etc. with working capital limit of Rs.2000 Cr. (~ USD 300 Million)
• Annual collections of ~ Rs.10,000 Cr across 80 locations, Annual payments of Rs.8,000 Cr through multiple bank accounts
• Leading the Finance Transformation Agenda across Organization
• Managing a total portfolio of 60 bank accounts with deployment of surplus to the tune of Rs.300-400 Cr.
• Develop & maintain excellent relations across hierarchy within banks, financial institutions and credit rating agencies
• Manage Treasury activities including Fund Management, Non Fund Management, Debt and Working Capital Management, Financial Risk Management and Treasury Operations and Accounting
• Monitor groups foreign exchange and interest rate exposures and recommend appropriate hedging strategies wherever feasible/operational
• Responsible for developing treasury procedures, internal controls policies and procedures
• Ensure saving in finance cost through innovative financing options and negotiation with banks
• Ensuring pre and post disbursement compliances of lenders. Managing all documentation and ensuring compliance across banks/geographies
• Evaluate, Strategize / implement fund raising structures on debt financing both domestic and international
• Responsible for obtaining best possible credit rating by right articulation of business strategy and financials
• Responsible for timely and accurate statutory reportings to RBI/ SEBI and others
• Management of Insurance Portfolios - IAR policies, Standard Fire Policies, Marine Policies, Employee benefit Policies, Liability Policies (Cyber, D&O, Crime, etc.)

• Month end process management and management reports including Hyperion Financial Management (HFM Reporting/SAP FC) to RCCC team in France/Swiss periodically (per IFRS).
• Budgeting and monitoring budgetary controls throughout the year with commercial managers & product line managers. Helping them in analysing results, recommending cost reduction measures & improving performance. Prepare and review PPT’s with key parameters for regular review of Country ExCom’s.
• Supervision in accounts preparation process, reviews, consolidation of accounts, cash flow statements of all the units and company as a whole. Handling the consolidation and finalization of financial statements of all units (quarterly and year end closing), performance review on monthly basis, scrutiny over statutory compliances at company level, transition into IFRS from Indian GAAP, consolidation of the company with its subsidiary and review the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• All MIS reporting to Country Management, Investors (Baring Asia), Board of Directors and Corporate stake holders. Conducting budgetary review, quarterly review of EBIDTA with budgets.
• To ensure financial objectives and designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial controls.
• Manage internal & external audit functions.
• Driving key levers of Cash Flow and Working Capital Management including fulfilling covenants of loans taken from banks.
• Direct Tax Reviews.
• Preparing periodic reportings with variance analysis for P/L and Cash flows for Investors, Management and Board.
