  • Carry out clients, trade and competitive analysis and provide inputs to the perspective client in the process of defining the Branding/Instore communications.
  • Brand visibility: Brainstorm and generate alternate instore communication concepts plans. Assess feasibility of shortlisted concepts and communicate final concept to client to seek approval from client. Coordinate with design, studio, engineering and design team.
  • Pricing: gather competitive information on pricing inclusive of all margins, analyses effect on sales & negotiation with the client.
  • Define project plan and coordinate the process across the assigned project team members. Regularly crosscheck all touch point to complete the project as per the client timeline.
  • Create brief for internal team based on client meeting & client requirement. Provide the estimate to the client.
  • Develop the plagram/roadmap for a particular project with the help of our internal team.
