Worked on large-scale telecom platforms spanning CRM, billing, recommendation engines, and real-time communication systems for operators such as Airtel, Vodafone, MTN, and Nepal Telecom.

• CRM Billing & Charging Platforms: Designed and developed CRM Billing systems that handle usage aggregation, balance calculation, invoice generation, billing cycles, and collections, supporting high-volume subscriber billing with strict accuracy, performance, and reconciliation requirements. Played a key role in modernizing monolithic billing components into microservices, and supporting UAT, rollout, and production operations.
• Recommendation & Digital Platforms: Architected and implemented a large-scale recommendation engine using Java/J2EE, generating personalized product recommendations based on transaction history and behavioral data, and implementing algorithms such as Collaborative Filtering, Popularity Ranking, and Category Indexing. Designed core processing and integration modules, handling high-throughput transactional workloads.
• Real-Time Communication (SIP/RTP) Systems: Designed and built VOIP and media platforms with deep hands-on experience in SIP, RTP, and SDP, including the implementation of SIP Registrar and B2B User Agent, P2P calling, conferencing, and call transfer flows, Freeswitch integration via Java ESL, and the development of carrier-grade SIP/RTP media gateways for IVR and CRBT use cases, along with packet-level debugging and protocol analysis.
