• The project is the system integration with 27 MSU's for end to end enrollment, card personalization, issuance, post issuance operations and eservices, Terminal Management System, Business reporting
• The system also provides Card Management & Application Management on cards
• Budgeting, Planning, Tracking (Cost, timeline) using Maturity sheet - Managed a team of 27 for Delivery of Nepal National ID Global team (India, France, Netherland, Brazil, Morocco) of 2 tech leads and 2 design leads (Functional & Architecture) - Lead Requirement gathering: Functional & Architecture - Dev Manager for Software product Customization of 25 subsystems developed globally - Lead Integration of subsystems and the architecture components of 18+ sub systems - Lead Deployment and UAT of system from scratch (infra) and ready for go-live - In charge of Vendor Management (800K Euro): Identification, SOW and acceptance
