JP Morgan Chase launched a firm-wide Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiative in January 2016. The project leverages a robust technology stack, including Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Python, .NET, SQL Server, Alteryx, and other tools to drive efficient automation and cost savings.

• FAZAL Web Universal American Corporation (henceforth referred to as “UAC”) with its focus on Senior health care market uses FACETS as the primary system for administration and Claims
• The Eligibility and Enrolment processes are handled outside of the FACETS domain and are handled by Patni end-to-end with Mailroom, BPO and IT contributing in equal proportions
• Towards meeting the need to grow in size and scale and reduce the Time to Market for newer products or enhancements, a decision was made to integrate the Eligibility/Enrolments processes and streamline the entire operations.
