● Responsible to contact all logistics partners of Juniper, if any issue with Juniper Customers in Custom and make sure it gets pass through it.
● Responsible to allocate the quantity for the customer and completing their requirement.
● Responsible to create and ID and allocation of Job role for Agents.
● Responsible to create a Weekly ship report and review with client and their service manager.
● Responsible to contact the Juniper Service Manager all around the World, for all any kind of issue.
● Responsible to create all kind of inventory report and discuss with Client on how we can take it forward.
● Responsible to dispatch/shipment of Juniper Networks Parts to the defective parts from one warehouse to Juniper’s Repair Location around the world.
● Also, responsible to Track the location of each part during their shipment or Purge and follow-up with respective Logistics companies.
● Responsible to dispatch/shipment of Juniper Networks Parts to Customer and keep a track of their part, and make sure, it reaches to their customer with in the stimulate time.
● Responsible to Keep warehouse count and Schedule a shipment for Juniper customers.
