Cluster Management

  • Responsible for effective management schedules and ensuring that the restaurant is properly staffed for all day parts and sales volumes.
  • Manage restaurant P&L to optimize manageable profit, control -COGS, COP, Labor, and Controllable (semi-fixed expenses).
  • Expected to exercise good judgment in decision-making and reporting issues to the upper Management.
  • Responsible for the development and achievement of the restaurant business plan by working with the Brand head and rest of the team.
  • Ensure guest service in all areas meets company standards.
  • Respond to customer complaints, taking prompt and appropriate action to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • To drive and control the sales plan related to new business development and revenue generation activities of the team from mining of existing accounts.
  • Responsible for formulation and execution of team level strategies, monitor the processes and take necessary action to plug the gaps.
  • Formulating marketing policies and strategies.
  • Detailed presentations and discussions with the customers, preparing proposals, cost estimations and quotations.
  • Liaise with top management regarding team activities, workforce management and performance optimization and budget forecasting and allocation for the team.
  • Conduct Daily/Weekly team meetings, and weekly fortnightly reviews.
  • Tracking Expiry on daily basis.
