• Advised and assisted Antwerp Diamond Bank in their trade union dispute before Government and labour authorities in Mumbai, drafting various memorandums and advisories on aspects relating to illegal strikes and lockdown and carrying out the retrenchment of various employees in Mumbai.
• Advised and assisted MasterCard in retrenching and terminating the services of various employees across various locations in India by preparing various opinions and helping the management of the company in the relevant paperwork like termination letters, calculation of dues etc. and also compliance under various applicable labour law statutes.
