• Worked as a Project Manager for projects such as Intune Autopilot , Migration of Apple devices from JAMF to Intune and, IGA Tool Implementation and POD Solution .

Responsibilities as a Project Manager:

• Led project scope development with estimates, budgets and schedules to plan successful projects.
• Delivered status reports to stakeholders for budgeting and planning purposes.
• Managed project team, coordinating project team activities to execute projects under-budget and within strict deadlines.

Worked as a Demand Manager for Infrastructure and Information Security demands like Upgrade Corporate Windows devices from Win 10 to Win 11 , SCCM Upgrade and Integration Project , Mobile Engineering Android OS Upgrade etc.

Responsibilities as a Demand Manager:

• Responsible for analyzing business requirements and business cases as a part of the demand process and was a part of the prioritization process to know which demand will be beneficial for the business.
• Gathered, analyzed, and presented relevant information to the Core Committee and Technology Assessment Forum about a portfolio's performance, risks etc.

Worked as a Business Analyst and was responsible for the status and reporting of the contractors and analyzing if the resources that are onboarded are in alignment to the budget of the organization.

• Conducted a thorough analysis of the market to determine the target audience, market dynamics, consumer trends, and competitors for Government of India , Hershey's , Cadbury , Godrej etc
• Created thorough surveys and questionnaires, made business projections, and took part in weekly team meetings with managers and executives

• Was responsible for the onboarding and documentation of new hires.
• Provided administrative support to the Human Resources department including filing, data entry and record keeping.

• Produced content for other social media sites, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
