• Working on issues/Tickets raised by users in day-to-day business transactions
• Solving issues related to various transactions like Sales orders, delivery, and invoice, issues related to configuration, changes in master data, and configuration-related changes
• Experience working with Ticketing tools
• Working on issues related to background job failures and their recoveries
• Worked in SD, MM, FI based integration issues
• Resolve, reset, or close the tickets according to the priority defined as per SLA
• Solved different Priority tickets and followed up regularly until the ticket is completely resolved.
