  • Having experience working for a top provider of network and digital services to the media and telecom sectors.
  • Serving as a member of the Order Fallout and Provisioning team for Virgin Media's project in Ireland, as a service exception handling team member.
  • Delivered backend support by resolving Internet, DTV, and telephony connectivity issues, significantly enhancing overall service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Worked in various applications and have more knowledge in ServiceNow, USMS, Ciena Blue Planet, Clarify, etc.
  • Responsible for monitoring failed orders and data pollution for accounts by running scripts in PL/SQL on a daily basis as a part of proactive monitoring before business hours, and will perform the workaround for the successful closure.
  • I have worked on over 500 incidents in six months. Totally handled more than 2,650 incidents and resolved ServiceNow.
