Projects worked:

· Fender stiffness analysis

> Static analysis like Corner stiffness, Fender mounting stiffness analysis are performed for studying the Stiffness of Fender components.

> Non-linear analysis like Oil canning and Denting analysis are performed for studying surface deflection and structural strength using Abaqus.

· Hood Strength Analysis

> Lateral stiffness, Over open, Torsional rigidity, Prop rod buckling, Pulldown analysis and normal modal analysis are performed for studying the Strength and frequency of hood assembly.

> Oil canning and denting analysis are performed for studying surface deflection and structural strength using Abaqus.

· Front & Rear tow hook strength and durability Analysis

> Pull and push load corresponding to 60% of GVW is applied to tow hook rod at 40 degree horizontal and 20 degree vertical in different positions for studying the stiffness of tow hook and its mounting Bracket. Also calculated the fatigue life of the BIW with tow hook assembly by using nCode.

· Front & Rear Jack strength and durability Analysis

> Applied a tested load at reinforcement Plate in global z direction considering body to rotate by 4 degree along x- axis and 2 degree along y- axis for studying the strength of jack bracket and calculated the fatigue life of the BIW with jack assembly.

· Rear grab handle Strength and Durability Analysis

> Applied a tested load at rear grab handle in global -x, y -z direction to find the strength of mounting bracket and grab handle and calculated the fatigue life of the BIW with grab handle.

· Hand brake Strength and Durability Analysis

> Applied a tested load on handbrake at ¾ pull open direction to find the strength of BIW to withstand brake load and calculated the fatigue life of the BIW with handbrake assembly.

· Modelling of TCCM assembly

> The project Involved in Modeling of Turbine Case Cooling Manifold system with sweep and Hex dominant method using Ansys workbench.

· FE modeling of Fascia/IP/TRIMS

> The project involved in FE modeling of BIW, Hood, front and rear door assembly for crash and durability using shell and solid elements. All the parts were connected using rigid elements.
