· Responsible for generating monthly and quarterly performance reports like factsheets, Pitchbooks and client investment reports.

· Responsible for generating reports using Seismic automation

· Manually calculating Fund and Benchmark returns using different excel formulas (for QTD, YTD, Cumulative periods, Calendar periods and Since Inception)

· Manual calculation of different risk Standard deviation, Beta and Sharpe Ratio using excel formulas.

· Managing and uploading fund performance and characteristics data to Consultant database (Evestment, Callan, Mercer, Mercer Collect, Aksia and MorningStar)

· Interacting with Internal and External partners to ensure data is received in a timely manner in order to meet the SLA’s of the reports

· Understanding clients business requirement and actively producing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly Investment report.

· Responsible to peer review the reports and provide sign off.

· Good knowledge and understanding in producing the reports through Vermilion reporting System, Morning Star reporting and Manual reports ( Excel, Powerpoint, Word )

· Update monthly and quarterly generic reporting materials, fund profiles and monthly commentaries.

· Communicating and complying with new and liquidated fund reports to team and clients.

· Manage the day to day production of full and timely report, making sure it meets internal and external deadlines.

· Make sure production controls work and team members use them properly.

· Maintaining procedure documents for reporting processes and quickly amending the changes suggested from fund managers and clients.

· Distributing the reports to various client reporting initiatives.
