Project Name: LARCI (Lab Animals Regulatory Compliance Interface)

Client: Genentech.

Role: Senior Pega Developer.

Project Description:

Regulatory Compliance (RC) ultimate goal is to build a software solution that complies with relevant laws, policies and regulations, and at the same time, enables users to effectively work with protocols, from creation, and approval to post-approval monitoring, and ensure compatibility with systems supporting downstream business processes. This software solution will eventually replace LASAR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performed as a Senior Developer Role in designing and giving Solutions.
• Understanding the project requirement and client expectations
• Analyze the requirements and prepare the Technical Design documents.
• Attending Requirement elaboration sessions and daily stand-up meetings.

Project Name: WorkSite

Client: CNO Financial Services

Environment: PRPC v7.4.

Role: Senior Pega Developer.

Duration: Jan 2020- Mar 2021

The overall objective of the project is to completely replace the existing java application with a single sustainable system driven by the PEGA 7 Platform and to create different types of cases like bill maintenance, cash control, check request etc which will help user to claim insurance. Different stages of this application include validation, process and QCAuditFlow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performed a key role in designing all case types, stages and processes.
• Integrated worksite application with other applications like PHS, and health claims using Connect-SOAP.
• Designed user interface for major screens like case search, password vault, and policy search across the portals.
• Configured the agents to create quality control cases.
• Defined SLA on cases to trigger the notifications to quality control managers to approve.
• Designed the flows to create cases dynamically using advanced flow shapes.
• Given the estimates/efforts to the requirements in each sprint which will help us to achieve the team goals.
• Given support in the warranty period after the code went on live by fixing the post-prod defects.

Project Name: OneClaim Application Upgrade

Client: AIG( American International Group)

Environment: PRPC v8.2, DB2.

Role: PRPC Developer.

Duration: Apr 2019- Jan 2020

Project Overview:

The Phase 1 for the upgrade project for the biggest Pega Application which is handling the General Insurance for

76 countries all over the world are divided into major regions like NAM, APAC and EMEA. Here the users report and manage the FNOL loss and maintain the case, active and suspended policy details and their respective features associated with the loss or damages across various lobs and SubLobs.

Key Responsibilities:

● The major intent was to upgrade the application from Version 7.1 version to Pega 8.2 code uplift.

● Worked on the POC Pega 8.1 fixing defects based on and covering the areas where the rules are depreciated and making it up and running in Pega version 8.

● Working on defects based on flows, activities and issues caused because of change framework layer

● Customer Service for Insurance, and DB-related issues.

● Worked on Skin/UI-related issues- fixing CSS and styles which were breaking the functionality.

● Worked on WorkArea Upgrade -Table Layouts to fix the main portal.

● Developed new Navigation Menus for portals, and worked on Creating new sections and styling.

● Creating and enhancing the application stack for the new application and creating new access groups.

● Creating Products for the deployments.

• Tested troubleshooting methods and documented resolutions for inclusion in the knowledge base for support team use.

Project Name: Mosaic Application

Client: DLL (De Lage Landen)

Environment: PRPC v7.4.

Role: Pega Developer.

Duration: Aug 2018- Mar 2019

Project Overview:

The overall objective of the Wayne Organization project is to completely replace the Mid-Office functionality with a single sustainable system driven by the PEGA 7 Platform that leverages Services Oriented Architecture (“SOA”) and existing and future DLL applications. The project is focused on supporting the Partner to Agreement (“PTA”) and Credit Application to Booking(“CTB”) processes for Vendor Finance in Wayne, PA. DLL has selected the application entry component of the CTB process as the Pega implementation pilot.

This delivery will be a live production deployment that has tangible business benefits and enables DLL to succeed in the next phase(s) of Pega deployment and replacement of legacy originations systems for Wayne.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding the project requirement and client expectations

Project Overview:

Moody's, along with Standard & Poor's and Fitch Group, is considered one of the Big Three credit rating agencies in the US. The company ranks the creditworthiness of borrowers using a standardized rating scale which measures expected investor loss with its credit and rating process.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understanding the requirements provided by Business
• Extensive interaction with different Business groups to get the business requirement, and clarify them.
• Understanding the project requirement and client expectations
• Preparing the Rules Log and Technical Design
• Involved in the development of business modules.
• Preparation of final delivery note and communication to the onsite team

PROJECT: Quotation Stream

Client : Banco Bradesco

Environment: PRPC v7.2.

Duration: May 2016- Nov 2017

Project Overview:

This application is intended to generate a quote for VIP life insurance, a pre-formatted product. This quotation can be transformed into a proposal that will be sent to the legacy system to generate the policy. A quote may also be rejected by the customer, or have no response and have an expiration date. In this version, the quote is made by the broker, market or network.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyzing the Use case Documents and BR Documents.
• Understanding the business use case documents and implementing the business rules as per the use cases and converting them into reusable business processes.
• Participated in effort estimation of use cases.
• Worked on Flow Rules, Report Definitions, User Interface, Activities, Integrations, Data Transforms, eForms, Map eForms, Validation Integration – Connectors & Services Activities, Flow Actions and When rules.
• Collaborating with the onsite team and Business Analysts to understand business requirements and ensure on-time closure of use cases.
