Efficiently managing the Book of Business for Client’s North Americas region and developing a seamless workflow network with the local Engineering teams to augment Engineering capacity for Account reviews & Field surveys

Addressing conflicts and resolving issues that may arise within the team or with stakeholders to maintain a positive and productive work environment

Lead and support organizational change initiatives, such as restructuring or technology implementations, by communicating effectively and managing employee concerns

Performing desktop risk assessments for various Power Generation occupancies ranging from Simple Cycle GT, CCGT, Thermal, Waste to Heat, Wind, Solar & Hydroelectric

Develop and implement loss prevention strategies and risk mitigation measures to minimize the likelihood and impact of property damage, machinery breakdown accidents

Communicating with the Regional Account Engineers/Underwriters in EMEA, APAC & SEA to apprise them of the quality of risk through Loss Estimates, RAM and Location Desktop Review

As a Control Room Operator for Boiler Operations, responsible for Commissioning activities like Alkali Cleaning, Hydrostatic test, Air Pressure test and Steam Blowing of a 6*600 MW coal fired plant. Also, post COD normal operations of the BTG Unit

As a Field Operator, responsible for on-field monitoring of BTG auxiliaries during start-up, normal operating condition & shut down of 4* 135 MW CFBC plant
