As a Senior Engineer overseeing the Road Network Management in the Ranchi Smart City Project and Tumkur Industrial Township Development project , with a total project cost of ₹560 crores and ₹1080 crores, I am responsible for the execution of a ₹650 crore section that encompasses roads, culverts, and retaining walls.

• I ensure timely calculation and submission of total quantities under my purview, adhering to planning schedules, and thoroughly reviewing all related drawings to ensure alignment with project specifications.
• In close collaboration with the design team, I proactively address any discrepancies identified in the designs, offering solutions to maintain project integrity.
• I lead a team of engineers, delegating tasks and setting clear priorities to ensure the project progresses according to timelines, while meeting quality and budget requirements.
• By introducing innovative ideas and methods, I contribute to the continuous improvement of project execution processes, enhancing overall outcomes and efficiency.
• I stay abreast of industry trends and technical advancements, leveraging my network and research to incorporate the latest insights into project management.
• I perform in-depth analyses of project challenges, identifying and implementing effective solutions to minimize delays and ensure timely delivery.
• Safety is a top priority, and I rigorously adhere to safety protocols, which has earned me recognition as the Best Safety Engineer twice a year.

• As the project engineer, I was responsible for managing the construction and execution of the NH-47 (Nagpur - Betul) stretch, including two retaining walls (R.E. Walls) with lengths of 1.05 km and 0.985 km.
• The total project cost amounted to ₹780 crore, with my area of responsibility covering ₹101 crore, which included the development of roads and retaining walls.
• I served as the process owner for a 16.95 km stretch of NH-47, which involved the construction of a 4-lane road, two retaining walls, and a minor bridge. Throughout the project, I provided expert technical support to both internal staff and management, efficiently addressing a wide range of routine and specialized requirements.

• Junior Project Assistant Engineer in Surataru Building Project (Phase 1 & 2).
• I actively assisted in the construction of the Surataru building project, which was executed in four phases. My involvement was primarily in Phase 1 and Phase 2, where each building featured a structure with 25 rooms per floor and a total height of Ground + 9 stories. The total project cost was ₹119 crores.
• As part of my responsibilities, I visited the construction sites regularly to take measurements, review the progress of work, and address contractor queries on behalf of the supervising engineers.

• Worked as an intern in MP KHAITAN under 16 Wing Indian Air Force, Hasimara for the Project TARMAC for the period of (4weeks)
