• Building, maintaining, and managing relationships with customers and suppliers for their robust support
• Arrange shipments based on supplier inco-term with the help of logistics team
• Work with supplier to resolve invoice, damaged/return goods and ship date issues
• Material planning and procurement of parts
• Plan and maintain daily supply chain operations for critical suppliers/customers
• Experience working with multi-cultural and multi-location teams with all John Deere Global units
• Prepare and execute strategy with teams to achieve key commodity goals
• Budget planning and utilization of resources effectively
• Establish and own supplier relationships with key suppliers including steel mills and support to other functions internally
• Support from RFQ till implementation stage and to integrate supplier
• Responsibility of maintaining stock availability in warehouse with respect to total purchase orders
• Implementing changes in warehouse management system to carry out the work more effectively and efficiently
• Solving issues related to accounts payable relating to creditors ensure smooth and uninterrupted supply
• Revising part prices in purchase order with suppliers as per the increase in market raw material prices
• Cost saving on transport cost on delivery of material from suppliers
• Checking for parameters for new parts with new suppliers as per customer’s requirement
• Extracting Data from Website of overseas customers related to new Purchase Orders based on their unique requirements
• Responsibility of maintaining stock availability in warehouse with respect to total purchase orders
• Regular follow up with all suppliers for timely delivery of material as per the dispatch dates proposed by customers
• Responsible for managing the warehouse space effectively by tracking inward and outward movement of material
• Coordinating with suppliers to enable the gate receipt Note by solving inward material issues

• Preparing shipping documents to ensure seamless and timely shipment of goods
• Preparing necessary documents to obtain tax benefits from MCCIA (Maratha Chamber of Commerce Industries and Agriculture) on Exports
• Co-ordinating with clients to meet requirements in terms of time, cost, and quality
• Managing day to day operations to ensure smooth functioning
