Project : AppTrana (Providing web application security)

Vertical Role : SRE in Engineering Team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Evaluated new technologies and tools to enhance overall system performance, stability, and security.
• Developed custom scripts/tools as needed to automate routine tasks, increasing overall team productivity and efficiency.
• Monitored and maintained cloud infrastructure availability, resolving production
  issues, including SSL and performance bottlenecks.
• Implement the FIM(file integrity monitoring) in the production environments to
  track the changes in files and set up alerting with the help of CloudWatch alarms.
• I work on setting up and managing web servers and reverse proxies like Nginx and
  Apache to help customers run their applications smoothly in our infrastructure and
  resolve any related issues if they face.
• Set up the ASG for several projects with live alerting.
• I work on quarterly PCI tasks where I patch and scan our production machines to fix
  vulnerabilities and keep them secure.
• Working in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 operational support.

• Project : Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (CNE)| Telecom Vertical
• Role : DevOps Engineer in TA Team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work in setting up the infrastructure for delivering a solution to Telenor Asia
• Configure/Installation of the NFS on the environment.
• Deploying the Traefik/Istio as an Ingress controller to expose the
• Understand that technical architecture by interacting with Solution team and install and configure the cloud native applications such as BRM, PDC, ECE, Billing Care, Billing Care RESTful APIs.
• Managed Kubernetes charts using Helm. Created reproducible buildsof the Kubernetes applications, managed Kubernetes manifest filesand Managed releases of Helm packages.
• Created the CI/CD script to build the docker images and deploying them into the different environments(DEV, QA, SIT, STAGING, PROD). Automated the release deployments by CI/CD which reduced the deployment time by 50% and also increasing the code deployment frequency.
• Developed, maintained and enhanced pre and post build scripts.
• Configure the Monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Created and merging the branches on the Git as per need by DEV or Release team.
• Work on build and release management for smooth deployment in customer side environments.
• Doing the custom or release deployment for all the application. Collaborated with Sanity team, if they reverted back any issues, troubleshooting them.
• Used CI/CD tools Jenkins, Git/Gitlabs, Jira and Docker registry/daemon for configuration management and automation using Ansible .
• Support patch set upgrade activities for on-premises and cloud-based applications such as Oracle BRM,PDC, ECE, and OAM.
