  • Manage and monitor activities of all employees in the Front Office department making sure they adhere the standards of excellence and to the guidelines set in the employee handbook, hotel policies and procedures, coaching, training and correcting where needed.
  • Maintain a professional and high quality service oriented environment at all times.
  • Act as manager on duty for the hotel, dealing with complaints, problem solving, disturbances, special requests and any other issues that may arise.
  • Inform all Front Office staff of daily activities, group and VIP arrivals as well as special requests and repeat guests. Check accommodations, making sure any special requests are carried out accordingly, greet guests upon arrival and ensure escort to accommodations if appropriate.

This “Once in a Lifetime Project” is managed entirely by Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy and entire hospitality by Accor.
  • Managing 14 Properties, 640 Units & 1800 Rooms.
  • Planning for Front Office operations including proper handover from ownership.
  • Getting equipment’s and tools related to front office operations for Villas and Apartments.
  • Responsible for Logistic plan of teammates towards pickup, dropping off, food, laundry, for different sites.
  • Certified TRAIN THE TRAINER. Hiring of receptionists and bellman for this project.
  • Conducting training for team members for Situation handling & Property Management System.
  • Looking after all the bookings for the guest stay. Managing Pre-check-in process where guest must fill up their details and attachment of passport, after crosschecking everything provides approval for pre-checking process before 72 hrs. Of arrivals time.
