• Elimination of Loss in Entain: Introduced a control which will eliminate Overpayment/Incorrect payments to customers all over UK.
• Handling Escalations/Complaints: Doing a deep dive and analyzing the root cause of a fraudulent activity and reporting it in the company’s portal. Identifying controls to eradicate the suspicious activities to achieve smooth business operations.
• Helping Risk stakeholders: Giving process presentations and handling the questions of Risk and control team.
• Identified the processes which has duplicate transactions and introduced a technique which will eliminate duplicate entries by performing DCR
