• Handling queries regarding damage items incorrectly cooked items /order not delivered /abusive delivery agent and cold food etc
• Assisting them in getting their issues fixed regards to the food and giving them accurate resolution for the issue which has caused problems to the customers

• Handling Customers concerns regards to booking travel tickets for the region United Kingdom
• Cancelling tickets providing the tickets according to the customer requirements
• Providing them bicycle space due the travel requirements as they need for another region after they reach the destination
• Providing the Customer, the lowest price ticket according to their timings and budget
• Helping with them seat requirements and providing the electric tickets which makes it time saving as the customers can download it
