  • Created the Purchase Orders (POs) as per service agreement / work order
  • Facilitated customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints and follow up with corrective actions
  • Plant production entry into SAP system using PP Module
  • Assist in quality department & administrative tasks when necessary
  • Renewal of Halal Certificate and assist in Kosher, ISO Certificates
  • In Warehouse, managed inventory, ensuring all required products and other items were in stock
