I believe that solutions are with the people where there is a problem.We are only a catalyst to direct and enpower the ecosystem to develop their own solution .My roles gives me the opportunity to facilitate and build the capacity to scale the impact of the Organisation by solving the right problems.

In my 20 plus years of work experience, the last 7 years have been in social and development sector.I have enjoyed creating the theory of change, building a higly professional team, ,setting structure and process and integrating tools to excecute projects to scale.I cherish the synergy while working with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, culture and vision.

Had an opportunity to work with a large scale government project in primary education sector to improve the learning curve of the first generation learnes in India and Africa.Currenty involved in bring in partneres together to cocreate solutions to empower community participation to enhance Envoronmental,Social and economical sustainability to improve livelihood.

  • Worked with different stakeholders to understand the complex structure of the program to derive the outcome and create the TOC for the program.
  • Lead the implementation Organization to scale the program in 8 district of Karnataka.This includes the role out strategic planning , capacity building ,identifying the system need and designing processes to support the program

  • Built a central operation team which was ready to take up the large scale operation of a Govt project in 13 district of Andrha Pradesh , Goa and West Africa to serve 3100 plus rural school and 6000 plus teacher.
  • Set up field team, a call centre, quality control team,structure and process to resolve problems,improve operations and provide exceptional service.
  • Deployed more than 15000 tables loaded with the customized curriculum for digital learning for these school in India and Africa along with the classroom infrastructure (Tables,Racks,learning materials)
  • Created the TOC and Evaluation and monitoring system to review the progress and take corrective measures to improve the program.
  • Was directly involved in the budgeting of these projects and overlooked the expenses to keep the cost low.
  • Proved successful working environment within tight deadlines and fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Created plans and communicated deadlines to complete projects on time.
