• Performed Wi-Fi performance tests like Port Loading, Client loading, Point to point & Congestion testing on Wi-Fi -5 & Wi-Fi-6 devices like Compal, CommScope, Sagemcom & Arris devices.
• Performed Sanity testing on non-prod, dev & Console boxes.
• Performed Security and Integration testing for new firmware's and Engineering builds.

1. CPE Device Testing(05/2021-06/2023)

• Performed Integration and System testing, End-to- End, Adhoc and Regression testing for devices like XB3, XB6, XB7, XB8, CGA4131, DPC3848 and DPC3829.
• Responsible for the development and execution of test plans, test scenarios, test scripts executed and maintained manual test scripts, configuring test environment and test data to track, analyze and document defects.
• An understanding of network protocol and technologies (Ethernet, TCP/IP, MoCA, Wi-Fi(2.4GHz and 5GHz), Hotspot.
• Worked on WLAN(802.11 a/b/g/n/ac) protocols testing(Bluetooth, Zigbee Interference) and on test controllers such as Spirent(Data), Octoscope(Wi-Fi) for generating different protocol traffic.

2. CPE VoIP & Video Testing(07/2021-06/2023)

• Responsible for executing the manual test cases and test scripts on the Set up box and testing all the functionalities of the Set-top boxes before reaching the customers.
• Voice testing using Spirent Abacus.

3. Loblaw (03/2018- 05/2021)

• Created and managed IDM, ADM, PharmacyRx accounts and SAP accounts.
• Responsible for managing Network routers and Swedamart servers.
• Managed User Accounts, Log Management, Shared folders and Group Policy Restrictions.
