I am presently associated with AIT Global India, Pune as HR Head. The select highlights mentioned below indicate the work I have managed; my resume sets forth further details.

•Head of HR for the India subsidiary. Currently reporting to VP of Technology & Operations. Responsible for Staffing, L&D, Compensation, and Business partnering.

•Helped the subsidiary grow from 70 employees to approx. 500+ in 4 years.

•Plan, direct, and manage all human resource initiatives, such as recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations.

•Oversee staff operations, business planning, and budget development of HR programs

.•Establish human resources objectives following organizational goals along with federal, state, and local legal requirements.

•Implement human resources strategies through department accountabilities for (not limited to) talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee retention, and AA/EEO compliance.

  • HR Strategy – Gained multi-functional expertise in devising & executing HR strategies/processes and creating work plans using best practices of the industry, contributing to productivity, culture, and cost savings initiatives with a focus on overall organizational development, succession planning, change management, business excellence, and transformation in a matrix structure.
  • HR Processes – Own & lead the implementation of the Year-end & Midterm Appraisal Process. Lead Performance Management, Career Management, and Succession Planning for Leaders & Managers as part of the Organization Management Review Process, prepare extensive reports
  • Employee Relations – Advise managers & employees on employee experience issues. Provide guidance and consultancy to managers regarding employee relations issues, to ensure compliance with employment laws and ethical standards. Promote people managers’ skills, performance enhancement, and professional development. Facilitate people agenda discussions, and team building and cultivate high potential talent differentiation.
  • Organizational Development – Notable success in leading completion of various HR Projects which include “Compensation Plan Revisions” and “Design of Company Policy and Procedures” with a key focus on creating a Great place to work certification, CIO Review Certification, etc. for the company. Sense the field to focus on areas of intervention and support. Additionally do the research, develop, and update the organization’s policies and guidelines wherever changes were required, also have a plan, supervise, and contribute insights and recommendations to develop the

  • Talent Development – Build strong and effective relationships with Justice HRBP’s and L&D managers across the company. Help embed new ways of working and positively promote the COE, support the COE Business Partner and L & D Managers with the ongoing objective to review and identify improvements in processes and procedures to realize centralized service efficiencies the COE will provide, and support the design and implementation of strategic projects e.g., Fastrack Management Development Programmes, deliver and identify value-added development opportunities beyond mandatory/compliance linked to Justice business plans and HMPPS requirements, support the business to embed a learning culture and champion the COE across the organization and external stakeholders, develop the L & D offer in line with business goals including the use of innovative learning technologies.
  • Communication – Support managers with preparing and implementing communication plans as well as internal communication of changes and new initiatives.
  • •Organizational Survey – Lead Implementation of Employee Engagement Survey. Analyze, present & drive the plans for the year.
  • Business Support - Contribute to Developing Organization-Level Strategies. Counsel the management of different departments by providing advice on managing employees and cultivating the ideal culture.
  • HR Digitization – Implemented Zoho Recruit & People with the Zoho team for the organization. Implemented SAP HR with SAP team in 2011 & 2015. Automation Designed training sessions related to specific HR programs and processed automation using Zoho People and Zoho Recruit. Prepared and maintained reports on Zoho Analytics related to specific HRIS (Zoho CRM, Zoho People.)
