As lead legal counsel, all procurement contracts (across IT, SaaS, DPA's, marketing, MSA's, SLA's, haulier and shipping, logistics, consultancy, ) as well as product contracts (goods and services for resale) are handled by me, across geographies such as UK and ROI.

• Vetting and negotiation of various commercial and corporate agreements such as SaaS agreements, inter-company contracts, media service agreements, IP license agreements, SLA's, general T&C's, franchise agreements, business-conducting and payment gateway agreements, and templatizing internal privacy policies, and vertical-wise terms of use (for the m-app and website)
• My role initially involved leading the entire real estate portfolio and managing all lease transactions pan-India and UAE for fitness and wellness centres (Cult.fit and Mind.fit), central, cloud and dark kitchens (Eat.fit), clinics (Care.fit), and office spaces (Cure.fit)
• Managing litigation support in-house: Drafting and responding to legal notices, complaints, providing litigation support and engaging with external counsels whenever necessary
• Advisory on day-to-day legal matters spanning various business verticals (on corporate, compliance, arbitration, litigation, and real estate-related issues).

• My role involved leading the real estate expansion (South and West, India) which included performing necessary due diligence, as well as managing all lease transactions across verticals (for warehouse, hubs and office spaces,) and all built-to-suit transactions (including templatizing all property-related documentation).

• As Senior Legal Executive, my role involved lease acquisition (for city-wise office properties, kitchen properties, sourcing and on-boarding office properties, staff accommodations and more) whose numbers had crossed 250+ properties pan-India, and standardizing lease and leave and license agreements (for Swiggy Access & PB)
• Title verification and approval for properties for various lines of business, and for different verticals
• Formulating a system of risk gradation of properties, for internal alignment
• Drafting and vetting MSA's, NDA's, collaboration agreements, vendor agreements and license agreements.

• As one of the earliest associates working for Mr.Srinivasan on his Bangalore clientele, I worked on an eclectic work-profile involving drafting and handling PCR's through various stages (admission, evidence and arguments), civil suits for declaration and money recovery, SARFAESI appeals, criminal appeals under the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, and consumer complaints
• I was also involved in various filings - ie., for trademarks, IE codes, S&CE licenses, and MSME certificates.
