Optimized the Object Identification Algorithm(YOLOv4) along with the conceptualization of an in-house Data Acquisition System for the Vehicle. Lead the report with a Top 4 finish (20+ participants) in Software Architecture Category improvising on previous best of 11th(Team Ojas Racing).

  • Top 4, Static Events FSAE Italy- Formula SAE is a student design competition which involves the departments of engineering of the Universities worldwide organized by SAE International (previously known as the Society of Automotive Engineers, SAE). It involves: Design Event: presentation of the complete project of the car. Business Event: simulation of the presentation of their project by each team in front of potential investors. Cost Event: analysis of the cost report drafted by each team where are included quantities of materials and components used.

  • CONE DETECTION FOR DRIVERLESS FS VEHICLE USING CNN

Initially started with scratching images from multiple sources including youtube videos, to create a collective set of 370 images, which were annotated using CVAT(Computer Vision Annotation Tool) online tool by Intel. The annotated set was then used to in the google collab notebook to produce astonishing results. With accuracy of 92%. We were able to achieve a frame rate of 27 frames per second.

  • DESIGNING A DRIVER INTERFACE FOR FORMULA STUDENT VEHICLE

A display for the driver interface is designed such that Vehicle Speed, Average Temperature of Thermally Critical Cells and SOC of TS Accumulator are displayed and updated after every 1 second onscreen. The assembly consists of an TFT display, Arduino Mega 2560 (ATmega 2560-
microcontroller) and logged on a 100 X 160 mm PCB. Software Used : C programming | Communication Protocol: CAN Bus

  • IDENTIFICATION OF FRUITS USING COLOR ANALYSIS

The objective was to identify and portray, as a unique gray level (or color), the features occurring in an image in terms of the object or type of land cover these features actually represent on the ground.
