  • Consulting on underwriting guidelines for SAD policy.
  • Creating a SAD covenant definition list and accompanying template workbook.
  • Creating a cashflow analysis template in Excel.
  • Providing financial analysis to line of business on credits SAD has recently transferred back to the line of business.
  • Assessing credit status as FDM/TDR (financial difficulty modification/troubled debt restructure) and providing status updates of credit to quantitative analysts monthly.
  • Filling out PLR forms, participating in PLR meetings, and presenting credits in our quarterly PLR meetings (problem loan report). These are quarterly meetings to assess the status of all troubled loans within the bank. The PLR form is completed on all credits in this meeting and acts as a summary sheet of the credit for senior credit officers in the bank to review and reference during the meeting.
  • Manage relationship managers' portfolios while they're out of office. This includes communicating key points from the bank to the borrower, receiving documents from the borrower, and participating in meetings with the borrower to provide notes for the relationship manager when they're back in the office.
