• Looking Documentation & Data Control as Per ISO 9001: 2008 carry out processing activities & KAIZEN.
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance related activities.
• Monitoring rejection and material consumption.
• Control the Process with less Rejection and achieving higher productivity with good quality.
• Trouble shooting machine process and Injection molding machines.
• Co-ordination with other departments for smooth running of production department.

• Daily discussion with production team for shortage and take corrective actions.
• Implement, maintain & update quality system of Planning, Stores.
• Monitor and control material planning.
• Prepare daily production report.
• Manage the activity of Store, planning for receipt and issue of material, Stock status, Finished goods dispatches', Invoicing & storage of finished goods.
• Looking Documentation & Data Control as Per TS 1649-9001: 2008 carry out processing activities.
• Hands-on processing experience on ASIAN SUPER MASTER,FERROMATIC, L&T, make injection moulding machine from 25 to 1200 tons capacities.
• Trouble shooting of various Processing Defects in Various materials Looking Moulding Department.
• Manpower administration and training of subordinate.
• Looking Documentation & Data Control as Per ISO, TS-16949.
• Preparing the daily production plan with co-ordination of assembly and machine availability.
