- I was appointed as Assistant Manager by company for CHR 1 division under ZONE-5 Area of MTNL , Mumbai.
- My role is to maintain Copper / Fiber network of MTNL , Mumbai which is called as lifeline of Mumbai.
- Maintenance of Fiber & Copper Cables Landline / Broadband / Leased Circuits / PRI / BRI / Hotline / Toll free / ISDN Lines is my prime job .
- Other than maintaining above lines attending and resolving customer complaints is also under my scope of work.
- As MTNL's Fiber & copper cable network is distributed under ground all over Mumbai & Thane districts , getting the jointing of damaged cables from jointers also comes under my job scope .
