Project 1: Client Relationship Management dashboard Domain: Media

Description:

● Building and maintenance of the two dashboards i.e., Client Link- Direct access and Client Link-PROD.

● Dashboard hosts agency & client relationship within client network.

● Allows users to search relationships within the network by Client and major goal is to promote collaboration and client intelligence for new business leaders.

● The dashboard displays active relationships and enables a user to export report based on single client search.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements. This involves their key performance indicators (KPIs) for client relationships, desired data points, and how they envision using the dashboard to inform decision- making.

● Identify relevant data sources like sales data warehouse, and client communication records.

● Extract, transform, and load (ETL) the data into a usable format for Power BI. Which also involves cleaning and filtering the data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

● Schedule regular data refreshes to ensure the dashboard reflects the latest client relationship information.

● Made adjustments to the designs and data visualizations based on user feedback and evolving client relationship needs.

● Document the dashboards’ development process and functionalities for future reference and handover to other users.

Train client facing team’s om how to interpret and utilize the client relationship dashboard effectively for improved client engagement and management.

Project 1: Test Management Dashboard

Domain : Telecom

Description:

● Test Management Dashboard is a dashboard where we track test case execution reporting.

● Test cases developed by Library development team executed in Test Catalogue model is tracked using the dashboard

● This dashboard gives insight to leadership about the efficiency of the library development team by looking at the different status of test case execution in different projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Understanding the existing architecture of Oracle data warehousing system, the required tables & columns and documenting the same.

● Creating the Test management dashboard considering all possible test cases status

● Configural report creation, where end user can select the different parameter based on its user themselves can create the require dashboard with existing data

● To help BA team members in creating wireframes of different pages to be built in the Power BI.

● Implementing the Power BI dashboard in a time bound manner, performing proper testing to ensure smooth deployment of the report

Project 2: Departmental Sales Data Analysis Report Domain: Sales

Description:

● Analysed the data by different aspects like invoices, quantity sold, returns by customer, product, customer address, ship to, location/warehouse, and several other dimensions. Salesperson report pages to analyse which salesperson is doing good in their department.

● The Customer Overview report analyses customer trends, customers, and their total sales in the last given period, selecting customers will show their products sold, including drill down to detailed invoice information.

● Analysing the seasonal sale like holiday periods, 4 seasons (winter, summer, etc), YTD, monthly, combined months, and ad hoc date ranges.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Created advanced visualization reports using Power BI.

● Created calculated columns and measures using DAX.

● Creation of Parameterized Reports based on client specification documents.

● Updating weekly status and keeping track of overall development status for the project.

● Collecting the requirements from the Business Analysts.

● Good Experience on Power Query, Power pivot and DAX functions.

● Created charts like Lines, Pies, Bar, Scatter, Area, Tree map, Map, filled map, Gauge, Funnel, Single Card, Multi row card, Slicer etc.

● Importing Custom Visuals from Microsoft Power Bi gallery as per client request.

● Working on DAX functions like Date & Time, Information, Filter & Value, Logical, and Text.

● Working with gateways and scheduling the refresh and Creating reports and dashboards.

● Involved in installing and configuring gateway services for Power Bi Desktop.

● Updating weekly status and keeping track of overall development status for the project.
