- Onboarding & Offboarding:
Led end-to-end onboarding and exit processes across all APAC locations, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience for new hires and exiting employees. Coordinated logistics, pre-joining documentation, background verification, and system setup while managing final settlements, experience letters, and offboarding formalities.
- HR Operations & Compliance:
Oversaw employment contract generation, payroll coordination, and leave administration, ensuring compliance with country-specific labour laws and internal policies. Acted as the primary liaison with internal legal, finance, and external vendors for operational HR matters.

Actively contributed as a thought partner in HR process redesign and improvement efforts. Implemented region-specific solutions for onboarding workflows, performance tracking, and hybrid work reporting to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
