Working on building accuracy controls for various Global and Wholesale products using ETL tool Pentaho and automating the same
- Input of control was configured as exceptions in case management tool- RAID (a tool from mobileum)
- Built dashboard in Qlik Sense for HOD and stakeholders with one stop shop view of controls for all products by normalising various reports/data tables
- Implemented section access and designed data model
- Currently part of core competence team, working closely with HODs
- Prepared various POCs, process improvements, documentation and presentation of existing methodologies and on brainstorming new solutions
- Automated control exception management KPI reporting for all reports. This included determining occurrence of exception and closure rate, backlog and new exceptions computation and trends of happy path.
- Led team of 4 in migrating 200 workflows from Informatica to Pentaho including all stages from development , unit testing, user acceptance testing, debugging, parallel execution, deployment and scheduling of jobs and transformations
- Facilitated in providing data/inputs for one of Global Services MFU for setting up Coverage
- Coverage is a tool that holds the P&L and provides provision of accessing risk and threats to be weighed in order to allocate the precedence for a product to be business assured
- Automated controls on Pentaho from SQL procedures and scripts
- Worked on products that were in C2M phase ensuring all data points are accurately captured in every stage/process
- Designed graphs and charts in Oracle Data Visualisation - ODV
